Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Brisbane, QLD. The Salesperson will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with business customers across sectors such as cafés, restaurants, offices, hotels, and retail outlets, promoting FreshFood’s full coffee and equipment offering. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and visiting customers, conducting product presentations and tastings, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.

The role involves managing a sales pipeline, meeting revenue and growth targets, and providing ongoing account management and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and support promotional campaigns, while representing the FreshFood brand professionally in the Brisbane market.

Qualifications





- Robust sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to present products clearly, listen to customer needs, and build long-term partnerships.
- Basic business and commercial acumen, including understanding margins, pricing, and sales targets, and using CRM or similar tools to manage pipelines.
- Organizational and time management skills to plan customer visits, manage multiple accounts, and follow through on commitments.
- Interest in or experience with coffee, food service, or FMCG sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Brisbane, QLD, and travel locally to customer locations as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport for customer visits.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or retail environments is an advantage.
- Comfort using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) to track activities and report on performance.
