Pacific Furniture & Bedding is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team in Moss Vale, NSW. This is a part-time position that offers the perfect opportunity to become part of a dynamic retail environment where you'll help customers find the ideal furniture and bedding solutions for their homes. As a Salesperson, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service whilst driving sales and building lasting relationships with our customers.
The role is 3 days per week, working every second Saturday. This role is integral to our store's success and plays a vital part in creating a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers returning.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers warmly and assessing their furniture and bedding needs through active listening and consultation
- Demonstrating product features and advantages with confidence, highlighting quality, durability and design elements
- Keeping the showroom floor looking fresh and clean to encourage sales
- Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling payments securely
- Maintaining detailed product knowledge across our full range of furniture and bedding collections
- Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation and identifying products requiring replenishment
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints and concerns with professionalism and seeking appropriate resolutions
- Assisting with the fortnightly delivery run - so your local knowledge will be invaluable!
- We require a reasonable working knowledge of excel and prior experience in using a Point of sale system.

- Physical capability to move and demonstrate furniture items, and to remain on your feet during shifts
- A positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain store standards and manage administrative tasks
- Experience working within a team environment with the ability to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere
