Amy Jean Privée Collection is a dedicated eyebrow range that was born out of Amy Jean listening to her clients needs when it comes to dressing their brows in their own time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a dedicated Front of House Receptionist to join our Sydney and Double Bay team - surrounded by a hub of luxury retailers and vibrant eateries. Our new luxury space provides treatment rooms of grand proportions for our creative team and clients to enjoy day spa-like surroundings.

The position is available between 2-4 days per week. The pay rate is negotiable based on experience. $35-$45 per hour.

KEY DUTIES

- Managing bookings and client enquiries

- Processing payments and handling POS systems

- Educating clients on available services and products





- Coordinating stock and supporting daily operations

- Maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation within the space

- Stock control

- Packing and sending a low volume of online orders

REQUIREMENTS

- Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills

- Strong customer service background

- Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or premium retail highly regarded

- Confidence working in a quick-paced, detail-oriented environment

- Professional, discreet, and client-first approach

AVAILABILITY & REMUNERATION

- 2–4 days per week

- Pay rate negotiable based on experience

- $35-$45 per hour weekend rates
