Description
- Provide BAU support for SAP ECC Supply Chain and MM processes.
- Configure and maintain SAP ECC functionality to meet business needs.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues.
- Manage support tickets and deliver outcomes within agreed SLAs.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
- Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Profile A successful SAP Analyst (Supply Chain Modules) should have: Proven experience as an SAP Supply Chain / SAP MM Analyst supporting SAP ECC.
Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in:
Experience troubleshooting SAP Supply Chain issues in a production setting. Background working in a ticket-based BAU support environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
