Our client, a highly regarded NDIS organisation based in Darlinghurst, is seeking an experienced and proactive Scheduler to join their team for an immediate temporary assignment. The organisation provides health care services to our community, with several sites located across Australia.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, you will be based in the Workforce Planning team and responsible for a variety of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaising with clients to coordinate rostering and scheduling needs.
- Assisting with workforce planning to ensure efficient resourcing and seamless service delivery.




- Providing general administrative support across the team
- Maintaining accurate records and databases and record management within Salesforce
- Assisting with ad hoc administration projects as required

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented scheduler who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional support. To be successful you will bring:

- Previous experience in an coordination/scheduling/rostering or office support position
- Exposure to the NDIS sector would be highly desirable
- Strong ERP systems knowledge experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the broader team
