$36.33/hr + Super + Late Night + Weekend/PH loadings

As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are our Beauty Advisors ; You are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. At Sephora you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty , skincare , haircare , and wellness .



You will be equipped with field trainers for your initial onboarding training and have access to our unique online learning platform for continuous learning throughout your journey with Sephora.

- Are open to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.

As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability . Please note, you must have full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive to be considered for this role.
