We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Full time Secondary (Year 7 - 10) Teacher Aide to join our growing school.

About the Role

As a Teacher Aide at ICOM, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and enhancing student learning outcomes.

Working closely with teachers and leadership staff, you will:

- Provide classroom support to enhance student engagement and learning
- Assist students individually and in small groups
- Support students with diverse learning needs
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and well-managed learning environment
- Assist with preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation
- Support student wellbeing and supervision when required

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with young people and making a meaningful difference in their educational journey. What We’re Looking For The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

- A relevant qualification in Education Support, with a Certificate III or IV in Education Support highly regarded.




- A sound understanding of the English and Mathematics curriculum.
- Previous experience working within a school or educational setting (desirable).
- A strong commitment to supporting students and contributing positively to their learning and development.
- A genuine commitment to upholding the values and ethos of the College.
