Section Waiter – Rovollo & Heritage Room

Rovollo Restaurant and Wine room is an opulent Italian venue, that has been open for a year in Martin place, coming to market as a celebrated fine casual dining venue. We've built something special in the heart of Sydney, and now are opening an adjacent wine bar and private dining room. As a family run business in the heart of a commercial precinct, we have found our home as being a generous venue.

We are expanding next door, with a recent launch of The Heritage Room. Our wine bar & private dining room. We are seeking a passionate section waiter to join us on our next stage of growth.

Part of Esper group, and soon to be 4 venues - there is room for future growth and development.

The Role

As a section waiter, you will be take care of guests day to day - delivering warm and attentive service, from start to finish. In this smaller venue, everyone must work closely with each other to maintain the high level of experience our guests know us for.

- Manage a section of tables day to day





- Liaise with the kitchen and managers for daily specials, and what market proteins are available.

- Read the table to provide bespoke service, a family style atmosphere, rather than commercial

- Be proactive during a night

- Serve wines by the glass, and have knowledge of each bottle

We are able to provide this role either casually, as a part time or full time contract.
