Reo Group is seeking a General Manager - Finance Shared Services to lead the finance shared services function in Sydney. The role reports to the Group CFO and oversees 26 staff across AR, AP, Payroll, Project Accounting and Order Management, with a focus on improving controls, efficiency and scalability.

The role blends strategic and operational leadership, drives automation and AI initiatives, and requires 10+ years in Shared Services leadership and robust people management.
