$105,000 – $120,000 + super

Applicants must possess:

n

n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Current Working with Children clearance and all other mandatory certifications
n
- Thorough knowledge of childcare regulations, the EYLF and the NQF
n
- A solid focus on compliance, risk management and quality improvement practices
n
- Experience in the operations of a medium-size centre (75 places)
n
- Experience managing and rostering 20+ educators to always meet minimum mandated staffing ratios
n
- Experience with the Assessment & Rating processes will be well regarded
n
- Ability to manage enrolments to ensure high occupancy levels are maintained year round
n
- Ability to oversee the in-house kitchen to ensure quality meals and efficiency of operation
n
- Ability to build strong relationships with parents,



guardians and wider community
n
- Ability to run a well organised office and efficient Centre administration
n
- A desire to spend time 'on the floor' with children and educators to maintain connection
n

This is a salaried position where the successful applicant will be required to attend to all aspects of the service to ensure its efficient operation and to maintain high standards in service delivery.
