Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis. They're a highly regarded residential construction company delivering premium homes and bespoke building projects across Sydney. Their portfolio includes high-end renovations, extensions and custom-built homes, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and exceptional project delivery. This is a hands‐on leadership role offering a competitive salary of AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000 per annum. The successful candidate will take charge of day‐to‐day site operations, lead a team of tradespeople, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

- Direct responsibility for scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination

Preferred Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or foreman role on construction or trade sites
n
- Experience on residential construction teams
n
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards
n
- Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
n
- Competency in reading plans, specifications, and technical documentation
n
- Experience with project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Formal trade qualification or equivalent hands‐on experience in construction
n
- Supervisors license is advantageous
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
- White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety accreditation.
