ThePracticeManagerwillleadthePracticeTeamandensurethesmoothandefficientrunningofthepracticeoperationincollaborationwithPracticeDevelopmentManagerandPracticePrincipal.

- Business and people management experience is desirable but not essential.

- Proveninorganisational,administrative,andtime-managementskills

- Exceptionalincommunication,interpersonal,andcustomerserviceabilities,withstrongbusinessacumen

- Knowledgeableingeneratingincomeandcontrollingcosts
n
- Confidentinhandlingdifficultconversationsandresolvingissuespromptly

- Comfortableengagingwithpeoplefromallwalksoflife,includingdentists,patients,andyourpracticeteam

- Experienced in understanding and managing the practice P&L;
