Job Description

Northpoint Toyota Prospect is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face between customers and our workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience.

You will welcome customers, ask the right questions, keep them informed, prepare quotes and explain repairs, and work closely with technicians to deliver outstanding value.

A positive attitude and a customer‐first mindset are essential; automotive experience is valued but not required, with opportunities to develop your career.
