The Prospect

Working closely with our Restaurant Owners, you'll take ownership of the guest experience, lead service from the floor and help develop a high-performing team that delivers consistently exceptional hospitality.

n

We're looking for a hands-on leader who genuinely enjoys leading people, loves great food and wine, and thrives in a busy service environment.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Lead lunch and dinner service with confidence, energy and a strong floor presence
n
- Create memorable guest experiences and build genuine relationships with regulars
n
- Lead, coach and develop our Front of House team
n
- Drive service standards, consistency and attention to detail
n
- Manage bookings and help maximise the overall dining experience
n
- Assist with rostering, stock control and day-to-day operations
n
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
n
- Lead by example and remain hands-on throughout service
n
- Help build a positive,



accountable and high-performing team culture
n

You'll bring:

- Minimum 2 years' management experience in a quality or premium restaurant
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
n
- Strong food and wine knowledge
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- The ability to remain calm, positive and solutions-focused during busy service
n
- A genuine desire to develop people and build a outstanding team
n
