Role Purpose

The
Non-Production Environment Manager is responsible for managing and supporting
all testing environments (PTEST, STEST, VTEST) used for development, testing,
training, and business-as-usual activities.

The role
ensures these environments are:

- Available and stable

- Secure and properly configured

- Ready for testing and deployments

- Quickly restored when issues occur

This person
also coordinates issue triage, manages setting-related risks, and maintains
knowledge of how various applications and systems work together.

- Strong experience managing enterprise test environments.

Key Responsibilities

Environment Management

- Ensure all non-production environments
are available, secure, and fit for purpose.

- Manage and support test environments
throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor setting health,
availability, and performance.

- Coordinate environment setup and
configuration for projects and testing activities.

- Ensure environments comply with security
and data protection requirements.

Release & Deployment Management





- Plan and coordinate software releases
and deployments.

- Work with application support teams to
deploy code with minimal impact to testing.

- Manage release schedules and deployment
plans.

- Communicate deployment timelines and
risks to stakeholders.

- Conduct post-release reviews and
identify improvement opportunities.

Incident & Issue Management

- Lead triage sessions to identify and
resolve environment issues.

- Troubleshoot complex technical problems
across multiple applications.

- Coordinate teams to quickly resolve
incidents and defects.

- Ensure clear communication during
outages and service disruptions.

Vendor & Partner Management

- Work closely with vendors and suppliers.

- Manage vendor support tickets and
escalations.

- Partner with vendors to adopt new
