About the role

Depending on the site, your responsibilities may include maintaining a professional security presence, access control and visitor management, regular security patrols, CCTV monitoring, monitoring and controlling building access, responding to incidents and emergencies, assisting clients, tenants, visitors and contractors, completing electronic security reports, identifying and reporting security and safety concerns, and working closely with site management and the Davki operations team.

About you

- Hold a current Queensland Security Licence




- Reliable and punctual
- Professionally presented
- Customer-service focused
- Confident communicating with clients and members of the public
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Calm and qualified when dealing with challenging situations
- Comfortable using smartphones and electronic reporting systems
- Flexible with shift requirements
- Previous experience in security, corporate security, concierge, hospitality or customer service will be highly regarded
