We’re seeking reliable and licensed Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis at Westfield Geelong. As part of Trident’s retail security team, you’ll help create a safe and welcoming workplace while working at one of Geelong’s premier shopping destinations. This role is ideal for officers who enjoy customer interaction, quick decision-making, and working in a professional retail environment.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver high-quality frontline customer service
- Respond to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
- Monitor safety risks and complete accurate incident reporting
- Assist with crowd management and conflict de-escalation
- Support centre operations and emergency response procedures
What you'll need
- Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
