About Us

Starline Security is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of security screens, security doors,

and insect screens. We produce thousands of products every month and pride ourselves on high quality, safety, and efficiency. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced fabricators to join our fast-paced workshop.

About the Role

We are looking for skilled Security Screen & Door Fabricators to assemble security screens,

security doors, and insect screens to precise specifications. You must have strong attention to detail, be committed to quality, work well with a team, and be willing to learn and develop your skills.

Day shift: 5:00am – 3:30pm

All tools supplied.

Strict safety and no-drugs policy applies.

What You’ll Do

- Fabricate and assemble security screens and doors using jigs, tools, and machinery
- Read and follow job sheets, drawings, and measurements accurately
- Learn and apply knowledge of different product types, colours, and accessories
- Achieve daily production standards (16+ doors or 40+ screens per 10-hour shift)




- Conduct quality checks to meet 99% accuracy requirements
- Safely lift, move, and handle large screens and doors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Competent in reading, writing, and basic mathematics
- Minimum 1 year experience in security screen or aluminium fabrication
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Experience using hand tools and power tools, presses, rivet guns, drills, and other fabrication equipment
- Physical capability to lift and handle large products safely
- Aluminium cutting or guillotine experience (advantageous)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Willingness to learn, develop skills, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Australian work rights required
- Driver Licence preferred
