What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated experience in a senior accounting role within a commercially focused environment, ideally managing multiple clients or entities.
- Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting, statutory requirements and corporate governance practices.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, with CA/CPA qualification or membership highly regarded.
- Experience working with enterprise financial management systems and strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial judgement, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.




- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients, working autonomously to deliver accurate outcomes within statutory deadlines.
- Experience coaching or mentoring others, including working with offshore teams, would be advantageous.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
