Your new role
Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of accounts payable transactions and supporting the wider finance team.
Your duties include
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Invoice matching, coding and data entry
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing payment runs
- Responding to supplier enquiries
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
- Mentoring and Leading Staff
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
