About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Financial Manager, this is primarily a Senior Accounts Payable position, with additional responsibility across Accounts Receivable and broader transactional finance.
You will take ownership of the AP function, including invoice processing, payment cycles, supplier reconciliations and stakeholder queries, while also supporting debtor management, receipts and AR reporting. The role also provides an prospect to lead and mentor others while contributing to ongoing process and systems improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end Accounts Payable across multiple entities
- Manage invoice processing, payment runs, supplier reconciliations and banking activities
- Support Accounts Receivable, including receipts, debtor ageing and customer queries
- Lead and support the transactional finance team while engaging with operational stakeholders
- Drive improvements across systems, processes, documentation and financial controls
About You
- 5 to 7 years' experience within Accounts Payable, ideally at a senior or team leadership level
- Strong end-to-end AP capability, with some exposure to Accounts Receivable
- Experience working within a multi-entity or complex business environment
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, accounting principles and financial controls
- Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP experience will be highly regarded
