In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Corporate & Institutional Bank, as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession & keeping it simple.

You’ll Make An Impact Each Day By

- Structuring transactions and preparing clear, high-quality credit submissions, incorporating financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence and legal reviews, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Managing a portfolio of customers including monitoring compliance and hygiene requirements accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Coordinating with Client Coverage, Product Partners, Credit and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Secondary expectations include supporting simplification and process improvements through analysis, testing, tools, templates, communications and training
- Coaching graduates, Associates and NAB India colleagues to strengthen capability and delivery consistency

You’ll Bring To This Role

- Essential: Credit analysis, financial analysis, written communication, stakeholder management portfolio management, and proven experience in writing credit submissions, annual reviews and client information papers clearly and succinctly.
- Desirable: financial modelling,



transaction structuring, legal documentation, process improvement and coaching. A sound understanding of debt and financial markets products, macro risks and the regulatory setting
- Experience contributing to process simplification, solution design, testing, change support or training
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, law or a related discipline, together with strong stakeholder and collaboration skills
