If you're an experienced property litigator with a focus on disputes, looking to join a high-performing, collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll work across a broad range of commercial property disputes and litigation matters, with a particular focus on leasing, property-related disputes and land lease communities. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients to resolve complex issues, provide strategic advice and represent their interests through dispute resolution and litigation processes.

What you can expect to be doing

- Advise and represent clients in commercial dispute resolution and litigation, across contractual, leasing, body corporate, land lease community and property disputes
- Act on a range of property-related disputes, including disputes between landlords and tenants, owners and operators, developers, purchasers and other property stakeholders
- Advise clients on dispute resolution strategies and represent them in negotiations, mediations and litigation where required
- Provide advice on the interpretation and enforcement of commercial leases, property contracts and other property-related agreements
- Work on matters involving land lease communities, including disputes and regulatory issues affecting operators, owners and residents
- Draft and negotiate land lease community documentation across multiple jurisdictions, including Queensland, Recent South Wales and Victoria
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and provide practical, commercially focused advice

The team undertakes a diverse range of interesting commercial property work, which ensures that there can be variety in the work to keep you challenged and engaged.

About you

You’re a proactive,



detail-oriented legal practitioner with the skills and ability to independently run files through to completion, including dealing with and managing clients directly, with support from our partners as needed.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

- Approximately 3-4 years experience as a Senior Associate
- Previous experience in commercial property related work.
- Are highly organised with excellent file management and client communication skills.
- Enjoy solving problems in a commercial context.
- Build and nurture client relationships with ease and professionalism.
- Are driven to deliver top-tier service and outcomes for your clients.
