About the role

Brow Babes is looking for an experienced Brow Artist or Beauty Therapist to join our beautiful, established salon in Cairns. This is a rare opportunity to step into an existing, loyal clientele within a busy salon — making it ideal for an experienced therapist looking for their next long-term role, or someone considering a move to beautiful Far North Queensland.

Key responsibilities

- Brow shaping, tinting, lamination & styling

- Lash Lifting & Tinting

- Bespoke Facials or Body Treatments (not essential)

- Makeup Artistry training or experience is highly regarded (not essential)

- Providing excellent customer service and working confidently with clients

- Building genuine relationships with clients and developing a strong returning clientele

- Delivering quality work with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively within a team environment

About you

- Experienced in brow shaping, tinting and styling

- Confident working with clients and providing excellent customer service

- Warm, professional and genuinely passionate about the beauty industry

- Reliable and looking to become part of a team long-term

- Open to learning the Brow Babes approach and continuing to develop their skills

- Excellent attention to detail & a polished manner with clients





- Willingness to learn

- Experience with brow lamination, lash lifting, makeup, facials, body work or any other beauty services would be highly regarded, but isn't essential
