THE ROLE The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the delivery of business analysis activities for key ICT systems and applications to support operational services and business needs. These core systems include The Orange Door Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, the Central Information Point and other associated applications and platforms.
The role will engage with a range of internal and external business and technical stakeholders to understand and evaluate key requirements and support the delivery of effective solutions to satisfy those requirements.
The Senior Business
Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Manager to deliver priority outcomes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead analysis of the ongoing development, enhancement and maintenance of key ICT systems, applications and platforms by working with business and development stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to the product vision and program needs.
- Lead the development, documentation and agreement of business requirements in-line with the project strategy, goals and outcomes.
- Drive prioritisation, alignment and re-alignment of the objectives throughout the course of the project.
