About The Role

Are you passionate about process management and improvement within an organisation?

As the Senior Business Partner Process Management & Improvement, you will manage and coordinate CFA's enterprise-wide process management and improvement program.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across CFA, you will lead the program's priorities, framework and improvement initiatives while providing direction and support to the Process Analyst. You will manage the process management system, scope and analyse end-to-end processes, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of practical solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery.

In this pivotal role, you will:

- Lead process management and improvement initiatives from initial scoping and analysis through to implementation, benefits realisation and ongoing review.
- Identify opportunities for process documentation, simplification, standardisation, automation and improved governance.
- Provide strategic and tactical advice to senior leaders and process owners.
- Implement the program priorities and provide direction, guidance and support stakeholders alongside the Process Analyst.
- Develop and maintain high-quality process maps, guidance materials, training resources and other process documentation.
- Monitor program performance, milestones, dependencies, delivery risks and measures of success.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, recommendations and program updates for senior management and key stakeholders.

Through strong stakeholder engagement and an outcomes-focused approach, you will help ensure CFA's processes are consistently managed,



documented and improved in alignment with strategic priorities, governance requirements and the needs of CFA's people and volunteers. About You

We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative professional with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business, process management, improvement or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

You will have experience in leading enterprise-wide process management and improvement programs, frameworks and initiatives within a large or complex organisation. You will bring proven expertise in process scoping, mapping and analysis, including the ability to identify risks, controls, stakeholders, dependencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities with a holistic mindset.

Experience in Promapp (Nintex Process Manager) and Promaster is preferred.

Your robust analytical, innovative and problem-solving capabilities will enable you to develop practical and adaptable solutions that deliver measurable improvements. You will also have demonstrated success managing multiple complex initiatives from scoping and planning through to implementation, benefits realisation and ongoing review.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are essential, including experience preparing professional reports, executive briefings, recommendations and process documentation for senior management. You will also bring excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively across all organisational levels.

A comprehensive understanding of governance, quality assurance and risk management will be important, as will your ability to provide guidance and support to others, build organisational capability and promote consistent process management and continuous improvement practices.

The successful candidate will be required to travel at times. A CFA pool car is provided for this purpose.



A driver's license is a requirement of this role.
