As a Senior Change Analyst situated in Adelaide, you will plan and conceive people change management activities that strengthen projects within an ever-evolving environment. This people-focused role within the ICT directorate consists of enhancing stakeholder engagement for projects to maximise adoption and mitigate potential risks. Possessing a team-oriented and forward-thinking mindset will facilitate robust change projects that align with DCP’s vision statement.

Your delivery and expert advice will ensure change management initiatives effectively capture meaningful solutions and benefits for children and young people.

In this role, you will:

- Oversee a responsive people change management scheme that prioritises adoption and minimises resistance
- Maintain robust stakeholder relations to secure buy-in and support for proposed changes
- Ensure ICT projects are effectively implemented by assessing the impact of changes on stakeholders and business processes
- Generate communication and engagement plans to inform associates of change impacts
- Construct valuable training programs that advance the skills of participants across internal and external agencies to adapt to newly established changes.
