Senior Change Analyst

Are you an experienced Change Analyst with a proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programs?

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Change Analyst to join a major transformation initiative within a complex operational environment. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working by driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and sustainable change outcomes across the organisation.

The Opportunity

As the Senior Change Analyst, you will partner closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to develop and deliver comprehensive change strategies that support successful program outcomes. You will work across multiple business units, helping employees navigate change while building organisational capability and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned to program objectives
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across people, process, technology, and behavioural dimensions
- Analyse current and future state impacts to identify business change requirements
- Lead stakeholder identification, engagement, and management activities
- Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans
- Provide strategic change advice to business leaders and project stakeholders
- Drive business readiness assessments and implementation activities
- Support training, learning,



and capability uplift initiatives
- Establish and manage change champion networks
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and change effectiveness metrics
- Identify and manage change-related risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide reporting and insights to project and governance forums
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of change management frameworks and practices 1

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Significant experience delivering change management activities within large-scale transformation programs
- Proven success managing technology-enabled change initiatives such as ERP, digital, or operational system implementations
- Strong knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR
- Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups and multiple business functions
- The ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of an organisation
- Experience operating within complex operational, infrastructure, aviation, logistics, or regulated environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline (desirable)
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification (desirable)
