This is more than a sales position. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will take a supervisory lead on the selling floor, support your Store Management team, and set the standard for what an exceptional Louis Vuitton experience looks like.

Job responsibilities A normal day will see you:

- Creating extraordinary client experiences that exceed expectations
- Building and maintaining your own client book, with a focus on long-term relationships
- Leading by example on the selling floor and acting as a role model across all aspects of the role
- Coaching, guiding, and motivating the team to perform at their best
- Actively managing the floor and the overall client experience
- Driving your department's sales performance and team confidence
- Preparing and delivering morning briefs and training sessions

- Strong digital fluency, including CRM or clienteling tools
