The Team Our Transaction Advisory Group continues to scale across Australia, recently expanding into Perth.

Our team comprises of former Big 4 professionals delivering top-tier financial due diligence for resources, private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients.

We specialise in buy-side and sell-side engagements, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and key business drivers.

How You Will Contribute Your key responsibilities as a Senior Consultant (Assistant Manager) or Manager will include –

- Delivering financial due diligence (FDD) projects, assessing key risks, deal issues and business strengths in line with client investment priorities.




- Analysing financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management.
- Preparing deal-focused reports and presentations, highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements.
- Collaborating with Managing Directors/ Senior Directors to address engagement and transaction risks with creative solutions.
- Supporting business development and managing engagement logistics, including billing, scope changes, and engagement letters.

Qualifications To be successful in these roles, you will bring the following -

- Proven experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment.
- The ability to mentor and support junior staff and be someone they want to go to for advice and guidance.
- A drive to succeed, take initiative and have positive interpersonal and communication skills that fit into our culture.

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) or active progress toward one is preferred.
