As a Senior Contract Manager ICT within our Supplier Governance team, you'll play a key role in strengthening the commercial performance, governance and strategic value of some of NSW Health's most critical ICT supplier partnerships. Working across complex statewide contracts, you'll help shape supplier governance frameworks, drive performance outcomes and influence strategic decisions that support the delivery of digital health services across NSW.
In this role, you will:
- Lead supplier governance activities across major ICT contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, Health entities and senior executive stakeholders.
- Drive contract performance, risk management and reporting to maximise value for NSW Health.
- Lead negotiations for contract variations,
renewals and commercial discussions to achieve positive business outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement by uplifting contract management capability and governance maturity across the health system.

About You
You're a senior commercial leader who thrives on building strategic partnerships, influencing executive stakeholders and delivering value through effective supplier governance. You bring deep expertise in ICT procurement and contract management, coupled with the commercial judgement and leadership capability to drive outcomes across complex stakeholder environments.
- Extensive experience managing complex ICT contracts, supplier relationships and commercial outcomes within large organisations.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive outcomes at executive level.
- Strong commercial, contractual and risk management expertise, with experience leading complex negotiations and resolving commercial challenges.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to balance operational priorities with long-term business objectives.
- Experience driving governance, continuous improvement and capability uplift initiatives that strengthen commercial performance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and a demonstrated record of achievement in procurement, contract management,
category management or a related discipline.
- Confidence leveraging AI and digital tools to support analysis, decision-making and commercial outcomes.
