Following the award of a major healthcare project, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator/ Senior QS to join their commercial team.

The Role Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the wider project delivery team, you will take ownership of the financial and contractual management of a major construction project from procurement through to final accounts.

The project is located in the South West region of WA, with occasional site visits required throughout the project lifecycle.

The role will be primarily Perth-based, while supporting the successful delivery of this significant development.

About You We are looking for an experienced commercial professional who can confidently manage the contractual and financial side of a major project.

You will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.




- Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction.
- Proven experience delivering projects valued at $50M+.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across healthcare, government or complex commercial projects will be highly regarded.
