Senior Credit Analyst | Private Credit

We are working with a growing private credit fund looking to appoint a Senior Credit Analyst to join its lending team.

The fund provides cash flow and property-backed loans up to $20m and is looking for an experienced credit professional who understands commercial lending and can take ownership of an existing loan portfolio.

This is a broad credit role covering the full lifecycle of loans, from initial credit assessment through to settlement and ongoing portfolio management.

Key responsibilities will include

- Managing an existing portfolio of commercial loans
- Conducting detailed credit analysis and financial assessment
- Reviewing borrower financials, cash flow, security and overall credit position
- Preparing and presenting credit papers and recommendations
- Managing loan settlements and transaction execution
- Monitoring portfolio performance, covenant compliance and key credit risks
- Working directly with borrowers and customers on ongoing lending requirements
- Managing variations, restructures, refinancings and other credit matters




- Working closely with internal investment, credit and operations teams
- Supporting new lending opportunities and assessing prospective transactions

About You We are looking for someone with commercial lending experience who is comfortable assessing businesses, understanding credit risk and managing relationships with borrowers.

You will ideally have experience across credit assessment and portfolio management, with a solid understanding of cash flow lending and/or property-backed lending. We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, technically strong and comfortable taking ownership of transactions and relationships.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers and gain broad exposure across credit, portfolio management, settlements and borrower relationships.
