About the Role

We are seeking experienced Part-Time Perioperative Nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and making a positive impact on the patient experience. Our world-class theatre facilities have been designed with a premium patient experience in mind. The care our teams deliver is empathetic, empowering, and consistent throughout the patient journey, guided by the Monash IVF Group principles of Care, Commit, Communicate, Collaborate, and Create.





You will play a significant role in the smooth running and efficiency of our day hospital. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class day surgery services to patients undergoing a range of procedures, while maintaining the highest professional standards of practice across all services provided.

Specifically, we are seeking Perioperative Nurses with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Anaesthetics
- Recovery (PACU)
- Scrub/Scout

This is a part-time position, with shifts rostered across Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Depending on operational requirements, shifts may commence as early as 6:00am.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

You will be a passionate team player with a commitment to quality, best practice, and workplace safety. Ideally, you will bring:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two years' experience in perioperative nursing, preferably within a day hospital setting
- Experience in anaesthetics, recovery (PACU), and/or scrub/scout nursing
- Good knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative care
- The ability to communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service and patient care
- A flexible,

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
