The Opportunity
We are currently seeking two Primary Teachers for:
- Year 3 Classroom Teacher
- Year 6 Classroom Teacher
These roles are ideal for teachers who are committed to delivering high-impact teaching and want to work within a structured, collaborative, and research-informed workplace.
You will be joining a team-oriented and diverse staff team, with educators from a range of international and Australian backgrounds, creating a rich professional learning community.
Teaching & Learning Approach
The school places a strong emphasis on collaboration and consistency across year levels, with:
- Team teaching and planning alongside colleagues in stage teams
- Dedicated weekly collaborative planning time
- Fortnightly instructional coaching sessions
- A strong focus on explicit instruction and structured literacy

About you
The successful candidates will:
- Hold current VIT registration or be eligible to obtain it
- Be passionate about high-impact, evidence-based teaching
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and consistency

- Be open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing professional growth
- Thrive in a diverse and multicultural school environment
Experience in structured literacy, explicit instruction, or EAL contexts will be highly regarded.
