Job Description
Mondelez International is seeking a Shift Leader in Australia to coordinate safe, efficient end-to-end production across rotating Day/Afternoon/Night shifts. You will drive key metrics and lead a 10-15 person team to deliver on-time, quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced FMCG environment. SAP/payroll exposure is advantageous, with a base hourly rate noted during training.
