Our client is a premier, Sydney-based event and experiential agency renowned for delivering large-scale brand activations, major product launches, and high-stakes corporate experiences for leading national and global brands. Known for pushing creative boundaries and maintaining flawless production standards, they are undergoing rapid growth and looking to appoint an exceptional operational leader.

The Role In this high-visibility position, you will hold ultimate accountability for the end-to-end execution of major brand events and activations. You will bridge creative vision, client relations, commercial operations, and live-site delivery - ensuring every project is executed impeccably from initial brief through to post-event breakdown.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the production lifecycle- from initial client briefing and technical scoping to run-sheets, supplier procurement, site build, live execution, and debrief
- Oversee project budgets ($100k–$1M+), manage sales operations, sales team, drive margin efficiency, and negotiate client and supplier contracts to optimise profitability
- Serve as the primary operational lead for key brand clients, leading pitches, managing sign-offs,



and handling on-site problem solving with absolute composure
- Maintain zero-tolerance quality control, ensuring every activation is 100% on-brand, council-compliant, safety-checked, and delivered to perfection

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of experience delivering major events or experiential activations within an event, brand, or creative agency setting.
- Proven experience executing complex public domain events, major pop-ups, product reveals, or high-budget corporate experiences.
- Strong proficiency in managing event budgets, sales operations, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
- A natural, decisive leader with a proven ability to manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal production teams.
- Meticulous organisational skills and a relentless commitment to flawless operational execution.
