Senior Full Stack Developer

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to help design and build the next generation of our SaaS platform. This is a hands-on senior development role focused on creating scalable, secure and high-quality software using .NET Core, React, Azure and microservices architecture. You will work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to technical design, architecture, development, testing and deployment while helping establish strong development standards and engineering practices.

The role is ideally suited to an experienced developer who enjoys building modern products from the ground up and solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable, secure backend services with NET Core
- Build responsive, performant frontends using Reactjs and modern UI patterns
- Design and evolve microservices architecture for modular and maintainable systems
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services
- Support DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency
- Research and experiment with AI LLMs to introduce intelligent, innovative features into the product

Selection Criteria

Hands-on Development Experience

- Expert-level proficiency and 5+ years’ experience in .NET Core and clean, scalable backend development
- Proficiency using AI tools, particularly Claude, for development
- Solid experience with Reactjs and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and database design
- Hands-on experience with Azure, including service deployment and management
- Experience building new products or startup-scale systems from the ground up

- Practical experience integrating or experimenting with AI and large language models (LLMs)
