Senior Freelance Graphic Designer

Duration: 7-Week Contract

Hours: 9 -5pm

About the Role

We are seeking a fast-paced, highly reliable Senior Freelance Graphic Designer to step in and provide seamless cover for a 7-week contract.

This is an execution-heavy role for someone who can hit the ground running and pump through production across classic retail channels, digital collaterals, and local area marketing. You will collaborate closely with the internal studio team to maintain high brand standards and deliver projects to tight retail deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Print & Retail Artwork: Produce standard retail assets, promotional catalogues, Point of Sale (POS) displays, and Local Area Marketing (LAM) collateral.
- Digital Collateral: Create static digital creative assets including website banners and EDMs (no motion graphics or animation required).
- Workflow & Approvals:



Manage task queues and collateral sign-offs smoothly within integrated team systems.

Key Skills & Experience
- Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Retail Design Experience: Proven track record delivering high-volume retail, trade, or hardware-style marketing collateral under tight turnarounds.
- Collaboration Tools (Desirable): Familiarity with Asana for task management and PageProof for online proofing.
- Efficiency & Accuracy: Ability to work autonomously, maintain design consistency, and manage artwork delivery efficiently.

Location & Working Setup
- In-Office Schedule:
- Standard Weeks: 3 days per week on-site in Heatherton (typically aligning with studio days: Mon, Tue, Thu) to work alongside team members.
- Handover Period: Up to 4 days on-site for the first couple of weeks to ensure thorough onboarding and overlap with the outgoing designer.

- Equipment & Access:

- You will be supplied with a MacBook Pro for off-site working days, complete with company credentials, Teams access, and Asana.
