Looking for a salon where you can do really good hair, look after your clients properly and actually enjoy the people you work with?

YOURS. Hair Collective is a boutique colour and extensions salon based in Leumeah, South West Sydney, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our growing team.

Formerly JF Hair Co, YOURS. is the next chapter of a salon that has been part of the Campbelltown hair community since 2020. We specialise in personalised colour, healthy hair and extensions, with a strong focus on consultation, client experience and creating hair that actually works for the person wearing it.

We take the work seriously.

Ourselves? Slightly less so.

There’s no weird salon hierarchy, unnecessary ego or expectation that you leave your personality at the door.

The role

This is a senior position for someone who is already confident behind the chair and capable of managing their own column.

You’ll be responsible for consulting with clients, planning services, managing your timing and delivering consistently high-quality work across colour, cutting, styling and finishing.

You’ll also play a part in the wider salon supporting apprentices, contributing to salon flow, maintaining your workspace and helping us deliver the same standard of experience from the first client of the day to the last.

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be micromanaged.

We are looking for someone who communicates, takes ownership of their work and notices what’s happening around them.

You’ll probably suit YOURS. if you:





- Are a fully qualified Hairdresser with senior-level salon experience.
- Are confident consulting, formulating and making professional recommendations.
- Have strong colour skills and enjoy creating considered, wearable results.
- Are confident with cutting, styling and finishing.
- Can manage your own column, timings and client communication.
- Care about the entire client experience, not just the technical service.
- Are reliable, punctual and organised.
- Understand the importance of rebooking, home-care recommendations and building long-term client relationships.
- Can work independently without separating yourself from the team.
- Enjoy ongoing education and continuing to develop your skills.
- Are happy to support and guide apprentices when required.
- Can have a laugh, communicate like an adult and leave the salon ego elsewhere.

You do not need to be a barber or specialise in men’s cutting — that isn’t the focus of our service menu. Extension experience would be welcomed, but it doesn’t need to be your speciality.
