About The Role The Senior Health Intelligence Analyst is responsible for contributing to the evolving health intelligence requirements of the organisation by leading and contributing to major analytics and modelling projects that will support evidence-based decision making, driving positive outcomes supporting operational performance and patient care.
You will use specialist data science analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning modelling skills, as well as statistical and analytical methods plus AI tools to automate specific processes within the organisation and develop smart solutions to address the needs and challenges.
In this role you will provide strategic leadership and direction in the continuous improvement of health intelligence across West Moreton Health (WMH) by leading the Health Intelligence function through a collaborative model. This will include identifying improvement opportunities through advanced analysis techniques.

Mandatory Requirements
- Whilst not mandatory, relevant formal qualifications (a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, analytics, computer science or related fields) would be highly regarded
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
