About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery across Managed Services Onboarding and Skilled Services, ensuring that milestones and objectives are met while upholding high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

A key aspect of this role involves managing change effectively, facilitating clear and consistent communication among stakeholders, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clients are well informed of deliverables, risks and budget throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and presenting status reports, client communications and milestone billing.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Quality

· Manage end-to-end delivery of client and internal projects,



ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, and customer outcomes are achieved.

· Work with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify project requirements, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.

· Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues early, escalating where required and coordinating practical mitigation actions.

· Manage project scope, variations, change communications, and delivery priorities in line with agreed commercial and client outcomes.

Planning & Forecasting

· Plan and coordinate project resources, activities, and priorities across technical teams, vendors, and clients.

· Track progress against milestones, manage resourcing requirements, and adjust plans to support successful delivery.

· Support effective team utilisation by balancing workload, project priorities, and agreed delivery commitments.

Governance & Reporting

· Prepare and maintain key project artefacts including plans, status reports, meeting agendas and meeting minutes.

· Coordinate delivery meetings and provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, issues, billable hours, and delivery timelines.

· Follow agreed project governance processes and ensure contracted deliverables are completed, documented, and communicated.

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager, Senior Project Coordinator, or similar role within an MSP, consultancy, or professional services environment.





· Proven experience delivering Microsoft-based projects across areas such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform.

· Strong understanding of project delivery in a client-facing environment, including scope management, budget tracking, milestone planning, change control, and risk management.

· Experience coordinating technical resources, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

· High level of capability in preparing project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, client communications, and project closure documentation.

· Robust commercial awareness, including the ability to manage project profitability, resource utilisation, variations, and milestone billing requirements.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with the confidence to manage expectations and escalate issues early.

· Project management qualifications or certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, PMP.

· Familiarity with Data Analytics tools such as Power BI.
