About the role

This is a senior, design-focused role working predominantly across Carr’s multi-residential portfolio. Working closely with our Associate Directors and broader project teams, you will play a key role in shaping design outcomes across all stages of the interior design process. As a client-facing position, the role requires confidence in building relationships, communicating design thinking and guiding projects from concept through to delivery.

- 10 years’ experience
- Strong multi-residential expertise
- End-to-end experience across all project phases
- Collaborative and team-focused approach
- Highly proficient in Revit
- Full-time availability
