Who we’re looking for

We're currently seeking a commercially minded lawyer with experience in the mining services, resources, or construction industries. In this role, you'll partner closely with operational and commercial teams and provide practical legal and contractual support across a range of mining related activities and projects.

The Work

This will include

- providing day-to-day advice on key commercial and mining services agreements;
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts supporting operational, procurement and supply chain activities;
- advising on contractual and commercial risk, including liability, insurance, security, performance requirements and other key commercial terms; and
- supporting stakeholders through contract delivery, variations, claims and dispute-related matters.

About You

You'll

- have a minimum of 5 years PQE;
- have a strong legal background in mining, mining services, resources, construction or heavy industrial services;
- have demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in an in-house-style environment; and




- be commercially astute, pragmatic, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
