I’m currently partnering with a growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Perth that is looking to strengthen its Mechanical Building Services team with an experienced senior hire.
The opportunity is ideally suited to a Senior Mechanical Engineer , however, I’m also keen to speak with Principal and Associate Director level candidates who may be looking for greater leadership, client engagement and influence over the future growth of a team.
The prospect
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of building projects, taking a lead role in the design and delivery of mechanical/HVAC services while working closely with clients, architects and other engineering disciplines.
For more experienced candidates, there is scope to take on a broader role across team leadership, client management, business development and mentoring , with the opportunity to play a key part in growing the mechanical capability in Perth.
What we’re looking for:
- Mechanical Building Services / HVAC consulting experience
- Strong experience delivering projects within the Australian market
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- Experience managing projects and engaging directly with clients
- Strong technical design and coordination capability
- Ability to mentor and support junior/intermediate engineers
- Leadership and business development experience highly regarded for Principal/AD candidates
