? $100k–$120k package A newly created role supporting a major licensee transition. You'll mentor the advice team through current licensee requirements while keeping compliance tight.

Paraplanning Manager

? Hawthorn | Permanent

? $120k–$130k package

Lead and mentor an offshore paraplanning team, manage workflow across the wider advice team, and own the process end to end.

✅ 7+ years' paraplanning experience

✅ People management experience

✅ Offshore team management experience
