An opportunity has become available for an experienced procurement skilled to join a high-performing procurement team supporting a diverse portfolio of procurement and contract management activities.

Your new role

As the Senior Procurement and Contracts Officer, you will provide specialist procurement and contract management support across a range of sourcing and contract activities. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver compliant, commercially sound, and value-focused procurement outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing end-to-end procurement activities from planning through to contract award
- Developing procurement documentation and market approach strategies
- Coordinating tender processes, evaluations, negotiations, and contract establishment
- Providing procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders
- Managing contract administration, variations, extensions, and performance reporting
- Monitoring supplier performance and contract compliance
- Resolving contract, supplier, and invoicing issues




- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing reports, briefing notes, and procurement-related documentation
- Maintaining procurement records, systems, and registers
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and contract management functions

What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management
- Experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities
- Strong understanding of procurement legislation, policies, and governance requirements
- Experience managing supplier relationships and contract performance
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills
