Join the Team
As a Senior Procurement Manager ICT, you will lead complex, high-value ICT procurements that help shape the future of digital healthcare across NSW. Working across infrastructure, cloud, software, telecommunications and ICT professional services, you'll partner with senior executives and key stakeholders to develop commercial strategies, lead major negotiations, manage procurement risks, and deliver value-for-money outcomes that support clinicians, patients and communities across the state.
In this role, you will:
- Lead strategic ICT procurement projects from market engagement through to contract award and implementation.
- Advise senior executives on sourcing strategies, commercial risk, procurement governance and market opportunities.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and oversee supplier evaluation for major ICT initiatives.
- Drive procurement strategies that balance local business needs with statewide priorities and long-term value.
- Strengthen governance, probity and risk management across high-value procurement and contract activities.
- Champion continuous improvement, commercial capability uplift, and the responsible use of AI and digital tools across procurement.

About You
You're an experienced procurement leader ready to influence major ICT investments across one of Australia's largest health systems.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Extensive experience leading high-value, high-risk procurement programs and commercial negotiations.
- Expert knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management and supplier governance.
- The ability to advise and influence senior executives on complex procurement decisions and commercial strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen, including procurement risk management and cost modelling.
- Experience developing procurement frameworks, governance practices and contract management approaches.
- A passion for building capability, driving continuous improvement and embedding best practice.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to operate in complex environments.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in procurement, commerce, business, law or a related field.
