Harry the hirer Productions, now including HTH Touring, is one of the biggest names in the business, and our Melbourne team – based at our national HQ – is after a genuinely senior account manager. Someone who’s already been round the block a few times and has the instincts to prove it.

You’ll take the reins on some of our key events, bring order to the complicated ones, and be the steady, experienced lead colleagues can lean on. In return, you get scope, autonomy, and the kind of work that’s actually worth your talent.

What we’re after:

Titles matter less to us than what you’ve actually done. That said, you probably tick most of these:

- Years of it – real, demonstrable experience delivering complex, high-stakes events.
- Deep production knowledge across lighting, audio,



video and rigging – enough that nobody’s ever caught you out on the detail.
- The judgement to make the right call quickly, and the confidence to stand behind it when it counts.
- A way with clients that turns one-off jobs into long relationships.
- Commercial nous – you know how to shape a job that works for the client and stacks up for the business.
- The presence to lead a room, steady a team, and pass on some of what you know to those coming up.
- A cool head when it all happens at once – because it will.
- A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle (a given, but we’ll say it anyway).
