About The Role

This is a Fixed Term Position until 30 June 2027

This role is focussed on leading a broad range of project delivery activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. It provides independent professional judgement to plan, procure, deliver and monitor Metro Project works, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, safety and environmental requirements.

The role monitors project performance, prepares financial and progress reports, manages project risks, and develops solutions to improve outcomes. It also oversees contractor performance, provides construction and OH&S; advice, engages key stakeholders, and supports safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.

- Successfully delivers projects by planning and coordinating work, monitoring progress and taking corrective action to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Builds and maintains effective stakeholder relationships, proactively addressing issues and ensuring positive client and stakeholder experiences.
- Develops team capability through coaching,



constructive feedback and knowledge sharing, while supporting knowledge management and business continuity practices.

Qualifications And Experience

You’ll bring

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, supported by extensive experience in project development.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in delivering complex engineering or infrastructure projects.
- A current Driver’s Licence
